Last Saturday our hurlers played out a 2-9 to 0-15 draw with Fulham Irish in the first round of the championship in Ruislip. Having lead by nine points to three at half time it seemed like we were well-positioned to record our first win but a drop in concentration allowed Fulham in for two goals.
