Our Sponsors  Get in Touch    |  On the 8th of June we held our annual Golf Day at Aldenham Golf and Country Club. Despite the threat of showery weather, the thirty-six players who took to the course enjoyed a dry, if blustery, afternoon's golf. After a very enjoyable day's play, the top team to emerge was: Jake O'Sullivan, Shane Maher, JP O'Hare and Michael Sweeney, who took the main title with a combined total of 83 points.
Jake O'Sullivan capped a very successful day by also taking the Best Player and Longest Drive titles. Meanwhile, Carl Grant picked up both the Closest-to-the-Pin and Closest-to-the-Pin-in-2 awards.
From our own club members, the 'Best Hurler' title was hotly contested but it was eventually Martin Fitzpatrick who came out on top, with 33 points, followed closely by Cian Lordan with 31.  Steven Griffey, Martin Fitzpatrick, Conor Campion and Mark Conroy prepare to tee-off in Aldenham.
